Black Creek Welcomes James Chatham to the Team as our New Service Coordinator

Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. is pleased to welcome James Chatham to the Service Department as our new Service Coordinator! James joins Black Creek with a decade of expertise in customer service and logistics coordination. A 2011 graduate of the University of Miami, James began his professional journey as a Customer Service Associate, building a strong foundation in client relations. Over the course of his career, he advanced to serve the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area as Catering Sales Manager for Newk’s Eatery, overseeing food delivery coordination and client communications. He then expanded his experience as a Logistics Coordinator and Freight Broker with TA Services in Leeds, Alabama, where he managed freight deliveries and facilitated cross-departmental projects to ensure responsive, solution-oriented service.

Now serving as Black Creek’s Customer Support Coordinator, James brings a proven commitment to professional, timely communication and collaborative problem-solving. His comprehensive background in service and coordination further strengthens the Black Creek Service Team’s capacity to deliver the high standard of customer support and operational excellence our clients expect.
