The Board of Directors for Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Brady W. Hughes as the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Effective May 1, 2024, Brady will replace Ike Newton, who retired after 46 years at the helm. Brady has over 15 years’ experience in engineering, software development, R & D, and senior management, including several years in strategic development and plan execution. Brady most recently served as Executive Vice President of Engineering for Black Creek, with direct oversight of all aspects of engineering and operations.
During his tenure, Brady has been centrally involved in Black Creek’s research and development efforts, to design and develop new products and to incorporate new technologies into product changes and enhancements across the entire Black Creek product line. His vision and passion have been instrumental in the evolution and marketability of new product lines, as well as in driving continuous improvement in all our existing offerings. In his new role, Brady will lead a talented management team dedicated to maintaining Black Creek’s standard of excellence and devotion to the Corrections/Public Safety Industries; with his industry knowledge, gift for innovation, and strong leadership skills, Brady is uniquely qualified to lead Black Creek into its next chapter of growth and success.
Brady began full-time employment with Black Creek immediately after earning his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University in 2008. Brady is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and holds Electrical and Alarm Contracting Licenses in multiple states across the country.
