Over the course of his career, James has led high-performing teams through complex digital transformations, successfully modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven platforms. His experience spans both global enterprises and high-growth organizations, where he has developed long-term technology roadmaps, implemented modern development practices, and introduced AI-driven capabilities to enhance performance and customer outcomes.
A collaborative and forward-thinking leader, James is known for bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. He is passionate about mentoring talent, building strong teams, and creating sustainable technology strategies that position organizations for long-term success.
James previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Automotive Innovations and CallRevu, as well as Director of Architecture at AON.
