May will work closely with CEO Brady Hughes and CFO Phillip Wilson to align sales, marketing, client success, and product strategy to drive sustainable growth and strengthen customer partnerships.

May brings over 25 years of experience in business ownership and C-suite experience to Black Creek and is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to unify cross‑functional teams around high‑performance revenue models. His focus on client value and operational excellence aligns with Black Creek’s longstanding reputation for reliability, innovation, and client‑centric design.
