SallyPort© is Black Creek's browser-based jail management software designed specifically to meet the needs of local and county level jails. With an HTML5 browser-based interface and MS-SQL database, SallyPort© is a cost-effective and user-friendly solution to manage records for detainees and incarcerated individuals at jails of any size.

SallyPort© provides an array of features that you would expect to find in a sophisticated jail management system package, including an integral Electronic Shift Log, digital imaging, biometric identification, DNA sample tracking, and much more. Additionally, SallyPort© is designed to fully integrate with Black Creek's Super Display® touchscreen control system, our Watch Tour Manager® guard tour system, and our Sentry Suite real-time tracking and detainee well-being monitoring system. Readily available interfaces to 3rd party applications, such as Experian (Appriss) VINE, various LiveScan apps, commissary systems, inmate communication systems, and more, promote efficient operations and paperless data collection/transfer.

Comprehensive Detainee Data

on demand. From Booking to Release, all data for an incarcerated person is available at the click of a button. The tabular format promotes ease of use and reduces operator error. System “Speedbumps” ensure the User enters all required information and also ensures the correct individual is being processed.
Seamless Integration

with the systems your agency relies on every day — including VINE, Livescan, CAD/RMS platforms, and court systems. With SallyPort© SPIDEX capabilities, agencies can securely share detainee data, disciplinary records, grievances, mugshots, and identifying marks (scars, marks, and tattoos) with other in-state agencies that are using SallyPort©.

including Data Analytics and sophisticated search routines support investigative endeavors and reduce agency liability. Workflow automation streamlines processes, while the Nexus HUB module consolidates Housing Unit data on a single control console for effective supervision.

Booking to Release

Detainee Data at Your Fingertips.

SallyPort© runs on your Microsoft IIS Server housed on your premises, so your data for all your incarcerated individuals is always accessible. The server that hosts the database and IIS can be a dedicated physical server or virtual server, so long as the server is accessible from the network. Although SallyPort© runs on a local web server, it will only be accessible over the Agency’s network. Users will access the application via compatible web browsers.

System features include:

  • Summary tab (the “inmate-at-a-glance” tab) instantly displays answers to the most frequently asked questions about an inmate.

  • Highly structured, but easy-to-use, release procedures with built-in “speed bumps” to eliminate the possibility of releasing the wrong inmate or one with charges or holds still pending.

  • Track and store information related to inmate movement, transactions, transportation, and services provided.

  • Disciplinary module actively tracks inmate behavior and provides historical records of punitive actions. 

  • Simplified intake and release procedures for “intermittent" and "housed in and housed out” inmates.
