Kevin Capper joined Black Creek in April 2023 as our new Criminal Justice Application Business Development Sales Associate. With 33+ years’ experience with the Plano, TX, Police Department, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge in law enforcement and corrections management to the Sales Department. Kevin will focus on expanding the customer base for our SallyPort© Jail Management System and Citadel© Records Management System.

Cody Hall joined Black Creek in January 2023 as the Product Manager for our new Citadel® Records Management System. Cody graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Management Information Systems and brings 10 years of IT experience to the position. Cody is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the strategy and roadmap, and working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Service/Support to ensure goals are met.

Daniel Hardeman a former pharmacy automation consultant and accomplished project manager, joined Black Creek in March 2023 as our Criminal Justice Application Group Project Manager. Daniel has extensive experience directing and supporting concurrent hardware and software implementations through all phases of the project lifecycle. From point of sale to go-live, Mr. Hardeman has done it all, including personally installing and configuring solutions and training users.

Kevin Herrick joined the Black Creek software development team in July 2023. He is a software engineer with over 8 years of experience in software development. Kevin supports the ongoing development of the SallyPort© browser-based Jail Management System and its interfaces to other applications, including electronic medical record systems, Livescan applications, and the Appriss VINE victim notification system.

Rachel Ingle joined Black Creek in August 2023 as the new Sales & Marketing Assistant; Rachel is a career administrative professional trained in Business Office Management. Rachel supports the Black Creek Sales Team by managing the annual trade show calendar and logistics, assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotes, helping maintain the Salesforce CRM, managing marketing materials and swag inventory, and much more.

Chase Reaves joined Black Creek in March 2023 as our new Purchasing Agent; Chase concentrated his studies in Supply Chain Management at Mississippi State University where he graduated in 2020 and has worked in purchasing-related roles ever since. Chase coordinates with various departments on product needs, monitors inventory levels to determine purchasing needs, and maintains accurate records while building long-term relationships with suppliers.

Jake Sims joined Black Creek in September 2023 as the new Technical Writer, working with our product managers and software developers. With a humanities and coding background, Jake learned the ropes of technical writing with a large legacy company and joined Black Creek to write and maintain our user documentation.

Lauren Williams joined Black Creek in July 2023 as the new Physical Security Systems Project Manager; Lauren is a Project Management Professional trained in Physical Security and IT. Lauren assists with the development of customer proposals and project estimates; manages project safety; and develops and manages project schedules while being the liaison with owner representatives, contractors, and subcontractors. Lauren meets with customers onsite for overall project review to ensure quality control on all Physical Security and TSI PRISM systems projects.
