May 31, 2024 – Black Creek is pleased to welcome Becky Allbrook as our new Director of Human Resources, effective May 20, 2024. A career professional in Accounting and HR, Becky will manage our human resources programs and policies in all applicable areas, including leadership and employee development, recruitment and retention, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Auburn University and an equivalency Major in Accounting from UAB. Becky brings to Black Creek almost three decades’ experience in employment law, HR/accounting systems implementation, impactful employee engagement, and senior human resources management. Becky previously served most recently as Director of Human Resources for PJ United, Inc., a multi-state, multi-entity franchise organization boasting over 4500 employees. Prior to that, she served as Director of Human Resources for Oakstone Publishing (Birmingham, AL) and as Senior Accountant at Professional Rehabilitation, Inc. (Greenville, SC).

Becky’s selection as Director of Human Resources marks the most recent addition to senior staff as Black Creek undertook a series of leadership changes. With her extensive background in HR policy development and standardization, Becky will lead key HR strategy initiatives in the development of an agile workforce during this pivotal time in Black Creek’s growth. We look forward to a successful transition!
