October 17, 2024 – Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. is pleased to announce the promotion of Donna Hogan from Sr. Sales & Marketing Assistant to Sales Operations Manager, effective October 4, 2024. In this new role, Donna will be responsible for developing, improving, and implementing processes for the Sales & Marketing Department to optimize the proposal/quote process across all product silos. Donna is charged with driving continuous improvements in the internal work to make the Department run efficiently and effectively, with the goal of improving the Customer experience with Black Creek.

Donna will work closely with Black Creek Leadership, Sales, Accounting, and other internal teams to assure strategic alignment across functions and systems. Increased utilization of business tools such as Salesforce and Jira will enable superior KPI reporting and analysis, streamline sales forecasting, optimize customer relationship management, and help align sales strategies with business objectives to support Black Creek’s continuous growth and success.

Donna has been an integral part of the Sales and Marketing Team at Black Creek since May 2013, providing sales operations and systems support. Donna has assumed ever increasing responsibilities each year as she assisted the Sales Team in meeting goals and pursuing new opportunities.
