Stuart Dear joined Black Creek in November 2024 as a Senior Software Engineer for our Citadel^® Records Management System. With 14 years of experience in full-stack development and cloud technologies, Stuart brings a wealth of experience to our team. His focus will be on strengthening the software development and DevOps capabilities of our Citadel^® RMS, ensuring a robust foundation for ongoing innovation, seamless integration, and successful implementation of the product. George Gilbert joined Black Creek in December 2024 as the Business Development Representative (JMS) for our SallyPort^© Jail/Inmate Management System. George previously served with Jefferson County, AL, Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy Sheriff in the Corrections Division and with the Shelby County, AL, Sheriff’s Office as a Road Patrol Deputy Sheriff. Prior to his corrections experience, George was a Business Development Contract Speciaist and also served in the United States Marine Corps. George has first-hand knowledge of the daily workings of a jail that will be invaluable in understanding an agency’s needs, and his understanding of real-world best practices will help Black Creek continue to develop and refine the SallyPort^© JMS.
