September 2024 – Black Creek is pleased to announce that the following employees joined the company in recent months:

Fred Brier

Fred Brier joined Black Creek in July 2024 as the Security System Maintenance Technician for our San Diego Co., CA facilities. Fred will work closely with San Diego Co. (SDC) staff to provide ongoing support and service to the touchscreen-based Black Creek Integrated Security Control Systems installed at the SDC Central Jail, the SDC Women’s Detention & Rehabilitation Facility, the SDC Rock Mountain Detention Facility, the SDC Gorge Bailey Detention Facility, the East Mesa Re-entry and Rehabilitation Center, and the East Mesa Juvenile Detention Center. We are happy to have Fred on board! Welcome, Fred!

Randy Greening

Randy Greening joined Black Creek in August 2024 as the Business Development Representative (RTLS) for Black Creek’s Real-Time Location System for inmate tracking, detainee well-being monitoring, and officer duress. Randy brings 27 years of experience in the corrections industry, covering everything from installation and repair to account management and business development. His extensive time spent in facility corridors and housing units (voluntarily!) has given him deep insights into the operational dynamics of correctional facilities. This experience has provided Randy with valuable knowledge on how technology can enhance facility operations, streamline officer duties, and facilitate the gathering of critical information to ensure the safety of the facility, its staff, and the incarcerated individuals. We are excited to welcome Randy to the team and watch this sector grow!

Michael Bruce

Michael Bruce joined Black Creek in August 2024 as the Business Development Representative (RMS) for the Citadel© Records Management System for law enforcement. In addition to account management and acquisition experience, Michael brings over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and corrections to this role, having previously served with multiple municipal police departments in a variety of capacities. Michael’s first-hand knowledge of the daily usage of a Law Enforcement RMS from a user’s perspective will be invaluable in understanding an agency’s needs, and his understanding of real-world best practices will help Black Creek continue to develop and refine the Citadel© RMS. Michael is uniquely qualified to build successful relationships with municipal police departments and we look forward to watching him grow this sector of the business. Welcome, Michael!

Roshee Sharpe

Roshee Sharpe joined Black Creek in September 2024 as the RTLS Systems Engineer for Black Creek’s Real-Time Location System for inmate tracking, detainee well-being monitoring, and officer duress. Roshee brings over a decade of IT experience from both military and civilian life as a network and systems administrator. He is responsible for bridging the gap between our Sales, Project, Support, and Development teams as relates to RTLS and our customers’ needs. Roshee will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of RTLS and will greatly impact our projects here at Black Creek. We look forward to seeing what Roshee brings to the team. Welcome, Roshee!
