Black Creek Selects Phillip Wilson as New Chief Financial Officer

Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. is pleased to announce the selection of Phillip Wilson as our new Chief Financial Officer. Phillip is a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record for helping companies accelerate growth and achieve increased market share. Most recently, Phillip served as CFO for Medpaper, LLC, and before that, he served as CFO for Whitesky Communications, LLC, two exciting young companies based in Tuscaloosa, AL, for whom increasing market share was key to success.

Black Creek is currently undergoing a period of transformation as we restructure our executive leadership team, and we believe Phillip is exceptionally well qualified to enhance the company’s financial management strategy. As CFO, Phillip will provide strategic direction and leadership of financial planning and controllership, with a significant role in corporate administration and operational guidelines.

Phillip is a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse background in public accounting, corporate accounting, business valuation, and acquisitions. Phillip holds a BS in Commerce and Business Administration and an MA in Accounting. Phillip’s appointment aligns with Black Creek’s continued commitment to excellence.
