New York User Agencies Demonstrate Brand Loyalty to Black Creek's Integrated Security Controls System

Black Creek is pleased to announce that several of our existing New York customers have upgraded their existing Black Creek systems this calendar year. These customers understand that Black Creek offers a higher quality product with better service and support for the money, and we appreciate the loyalty they have demonstrated. Black Creek is dedicated to justifying this brand loyalty by sustaining exceptional products and service for our existing and future customers. These agencies all use Black Creek’s Super Display^® physical security control system, which improves situational awareness with enhanced video coverage and call-ups while reducing operator fatigue. The following customers in the State of New York chose upgrades this year:

Tompkins Co., NY: This 100-bed facility, which has been using Black Creek’s Super Display® physical security control system since 2016, purchased the upgrade to the latest technology in July 2023; Tompkins Co. also implemented Black Creek’s SallyPort^©NY Jail Management System in 2004.

Steuben Co., NY: This 282-bed facility, which has been using Black Creek’s Super Display^® physical security control system since 2001, purchased the upgrade to the latest technology in July 2023; Steuben Co. also implemented Black Creek’s SallyPort^©NY Jail Management System in 2001.

Monroe Co., NY: This 200-bed facility originally implemented Black Creek’s Super Display^® physical security control system in 2000; the Agency purchased the upgrade to the latest technology in October 2023.

Wayne Co., NY: This 190-bed facility originally implemented Black Creek’s Super Display^® physical security control system in 2016; the Agency purchased the upgrade to the latest technology in October 2023. Wayne Co. also implemented Black Creek’s SallyPort^©NY Jail Management System and our Watch Tour Manager^® system in 2011.
