2026 | New Contracts Q1

The Q1 bookings include a balanced mix of new client acquisitions and major upgrade projects with long-standing partners. Together, these projects highlight both the long-term value and reliability of Black Creek’s solutions and the company’s growing reach across new markets.

Existing Clients Demonstrating Brand Loyalty

●San Diego County, CA – Central Jail CCTV & Security Controls Upgrade 
In this project valued at $6,017,085.00, Black Creek will serve as the County-designated Security Controls Integrator, working under GC/CM Balfour Beatty on a major renovation of the Central Jail. A Black Creek client since 2011, San Diego County currently utilizes Black Creek technology across seven detention facilities, with additional deployments planned. San Diego County originally selected Black Creek as the integrator-of-choice via a competitive RFP process, and Black Creek is honored by the continued commitment.

●San Diego County, CA – East Mesa Juvenile Security Controls Upgrade
This project represents the first major system enhancement at the East Mesa Juvenile facility since its original Black Creek installation in 2016, demonstrating the durability and longevity of the platform.

●Rensselaer County, NY – Touchscreen & CCTV Upgrade Project
A Black Creek partner since 1991, Rensselaer County continues to invest in system modernization. This $3,366,925.00 project marks the first major upgrade since 2017 and underscores the long-term stability and performance of Black Creek’s integrated security solutions. Rensselaer County was one of our earliest touchscreen controls installations, and we are proud they are still a client today.

●Chenango County, NY – SallyPort© Jail Management System
Chenango County joins the growing SallyPort©NY network, which now serves more than 40 counties statewide. Under a subscription-based model, the County will benefit from unlimited user access, key system integrations, and participation in the SPIDEX inmate information exchange network.

●Essex County, NJ – Sentry Staff Duress System
As an early adopter of Black Creek’s next-generation Sentry Staff solution, Essex County is implementing advanced duress technology using wearable officer tags and encrypted BLE-based location tracking to improve emergency response and staff safety.

●Gardena, CA – Watch Tour Manager System
The Gardena, CA PD is leveraging Black Creek’s flexible pricing model to implement a Watch Tour Manager system with reduced upfront costs and a predictable annual subscription—making advanced technology more accessible to smaller agencies.
