Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. announces the retirement of Connie Hill, Executive Vice President, effective May 1, 2024. Connie has served Black Creek as the head of administrative services, overseeing Accounting, Contracts, and Human Resources, since the company’s founding. Connie’s commitment to the foundational principles of accountability, profitability, and sustainability have been central to Black Creek’s success over the years. Connie’s attention to detail, while keeping the broader picture in mind, has been invaluable, and we’ve come to depend on her dedication to excellence. And no applicant becomes a Black Creek employee without first passing ‘the Connie test’ - she will be difficult to replace! Connie will remain for a brief transitional period to assure a smooth transfer to the new management team.

In addition to her incredible competence and skill, Connie has supported and nurtured many employees through times of personal strife with her thoughtfulness, kindness, and no-nonsense approach to even the most difficult circumstances. An avid reader, Connie is always willing to recommend a good book and to share from her personal library. In retirement, Connie plans to enjoy more good books and the company of her beloved cat, while pursuing her hobby of handcrafting beautiful custom jewelry.
