Black Creek Selects Will Noel as Integrated Controls Project Executive

Black Creek is pleased to welcome Will Noel as our new Integrated Controls Division Project Executive. Will brings over a decade of project management and supervisory experience in the construction industry, having overseen more than $310 million in total project value across his career. He has successfully driven organizational growth at companies such as CBI Construction Services, Marathon Electrical, and others. Will also brings a strong academic foundation, holding both a master’s degree in building construction and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University.

Will assumes leadership of the Integrated Controls Division, a role most recently held by our Company President and CEO. It’s a critical position with broad influence across our operations, and Will’s experience managing complex construction and electrical projects makes him a natural fit. His passion lies in building teams, improving systems, and creating clarity amidst project complexity, so that everyone can focus on delivering exceptional work. In his role as Project Executive, Will is charged with managing small- and large-scale projects from contract award to final customer acceptance within a dynamic, multi-project environment. He will also supervise, guide, and mentor project managers and Engineering team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development; engage with high-level stakeholders, including Executives and Customers, to assure successful project execution; and ensure the Division’s team and processes align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Will’s selection as Integrated Controls Division Project Executive is the latest addition to Black Creek’s senior leadership, following a series of recent leadership transitions, as we plan for future growth and success!
